With our WebCAPE assessment you are able to have a candidate have multiple attempts available within a 7 day period of time. You can enable this feature within your admin portal. 

First go to “Settings” at the top of the page. 

Then on the left hand side you will see an option for “Assessments”. 

After you have selected that option and you will be given the option to adjust the amount of attempts a user will get once they have been assigned. 

They will be given a 7 day period in which the attempts will stay available. After those 7 days, if you want that user to retake the assessment you will need to use our feature to “Sending Assessments to Existing Candidates”.
